Calgary's premier indie music festival, has announced a summer lineup, which includes members of Wu-Tang Clan, to critically acclaimed underground rockers Mogwai.
During a press conference at local music venue Broken City, Festival Director Zak Pashak announced more than 30 headliners confirmed to play the four-day concert series that will take place in various venues throughout Calgary in June.
In addition to music, Sled Island is going to offer an extensive visual art and design component, curated by Wayne Baerweldt and in partnership with the Glenbow Museum and Calgary Arts and Development Association.
